By accessing or using the Wekitsak website or mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Wekitsak provides a platform for connecting patients with Healthcare Providers. We facilitate communication, appointment booking, and information exchange between patients and Healthcare Providers. However, Wekitsak does not offer medical advice or treatment. All interactions between patients and Healthcare Providers through our platform are the responsibility of the participants.

Wekitsak is not a healthcare provider. Any information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition. The use of our platform does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between users and Wekitsak.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features of Wekitsak, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
7. Appointments and Payments
Wekitsak allows users to book appointments with Healthcare Providers. The terms of such appointments, including fees, scheduling, and cancellation policies, are set by the respective Healthcare Providers. Payments for consultations or services may be made through the Wekitsak platform. We do not guarantee the availability, punctuality, or quality of services provided by Healthcare Providers.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Patients may cancel appointments in accordance with the cancellation policies set by the Healthcare Providers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Healthcare Provider’s policy. Wekitsak does not control these policies and is not responsible for refunds or cancellations.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use Wekitsak’s services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our platform to engage in any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming any individual or entity.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Disrupting the functionality of the platform.
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wekitsak, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or rights of any third party.
14. Termination
Wekitsak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
